Our Process

In PR speak, we articulate goals and set strategy and execute the "vision".

In the real world, we talk to you, research your company, competitors, industry and whatever else seems fair, and then tell you what we think you should do.
And you either agree or you don’t.
Simple as that.

The thing is, we’re often right, because this is what we spend all day doing.

Whilst I’ve laid it on a little thick, our basic tenant is to give you our honest opinion on what we think your company should do to get where you want to be. Be that a complete company re-branding, specific PR campaign or simply re-designing your website.

We won’t just agree with you, knowing that what you are suggesting, whilst increasing our fees, won’t help you. That’s old school PR.

You get all the standard stuff that you would expect from a consultant; working together with the client, defining objectives, setting strategy and outlining specific tactics, budget and timeline.
However we aren’t bogged down on protocol. We do respond quickly, and like to think that we are generally a step ahead of most practitioners.

If you have come this far, bear with me, as I’m going to get into the boring - and let’s be honest - self evident stuff here.

Essential to every successful campaign are potent messages which resonate successfully with each constituent audience. At the beginning of our relationship, webtactics works individually with clients to research the competitive landscape and compile a strategic competitive analysis with positioning recommendations.

From there, webtactics - together with the client - fashions an appropriate positioning foundation with corresponding messages. webtactics's proprietary messaging and positioning process, which we call "sticky messages," helps clients distil those ideas to the organisation's most succinct and effective essence.

Execution of the PR plan is handled by a team whose collective experience supports your public relations goals. You will have an account team with one daily point-of-contact, in addition to others you may designate. This team is hand-selected with our specific clients in mind; each individual brings relevant experience and tremendous enthusiasm to the project.
